Pro Image Studio – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

• A £100 booking fee secures your date. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The rest of your studio hire is paid on arrival, before your session starts.

• Payments accepted: card (debit or credit) or cash.

• Bank transfer is accepted only by prior arrangement, and the money must show in our account before your session starts.

• A £150 security deposit (card or cash) is paid on arrival. It is returned after your session, provided no damage has occurred and all rules are followed.

2. Cancellation

• If you cancel, we keep the £100 booking fee. Nothing more is owed.

• The same applies if you don't turn up on the day.

• The booking fee can't be moved to another date.

3. Studio Usage & Cleanliness

• Please keep the studio clean and tidy.

• You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or furniture.

• Smoking, open flames, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Studio may change or update sets at any time without notice.

• A cleaning charge of £50 will apply if the studio is left excessively dirty or with abnormal amounts of rubbish.

• Background paper is charged at £12 per metre if marked or cut.

• Drinks are available for purchase from the studio fridge. Prices available on-site.

4. Setup & Takedown Time

• Your booking time includes setup and pack-down.

• Please start packing before your time ends to avoid delays.

• Overstaying fees:

  • Overstay by 10+ minutes: charged as 30 minutes.

  • Overstay by 30+ minutes: charged the next full hour.

5. Late Arrivals & Extensions

• Arriving late does not extend your session.

• Need more time? Ask us early. Extensions depend on availability and will be charged at our current hourly rate.

6. Number of Attendees

• Booking includes up to 6 people.

• Groups of 7–12 are charged an extra £30 for half-day bookings and £50 for full-day bookings.

• More than 12 attendees or unannounced guests may lead to your session being terminated with no refund.

7. Prohibited Activities Absolutely no:

• Smoking

• Open flames

• Hazardous materials

• Illegal activities

Violation = session terminated without refund.

8. Insurance & Liability

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• We encourage all clients to have their own liability and equipment insurance.

• Pro Image Studio is not liable for injuries or accidents during your session.

9. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Image Studio against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your session.

10. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

11. Privacy & CCTV

• We use your data only for booking and communication.

• We comply with GDPR.

• CCTV operates 24/7 inside the studio for security.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes will be settled in UK courts.

13. Termination Rights

• We reserve the right to terminate bookings without refund if clients breach terms or behave inappropriately.

14. Amendments

• Pro Image Studio may update these terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated to clients.
